Jackson Technology Services is a computer consulting business located in Rome, Georgia. We specialize in providing IT support for small businesses without a full time IT department. We offer IT solutions and guaranteed service satisfaction. We can repair and service most computers, hardware, servers, and network devices. Our technicians can provide on-site service, help desk support, and quick response times that help keep your business running.
If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your computer, we would be happy to diagnose it for free. Once we determine what is needed for your repair, we will contact you with an obligation free repair quote. You can elect to continue with a repair, or not, the choice is always yours.
Much like auto mechanics, people need an honest and capable IT technician when it comes to their computers. That’s where we come in. We’ve built our clientele by word of mouth and our good reputation. We’re known for providing quality computer and IT support as well as being open and honest about potential costs.
Free Diagnosis - No Repair, No Charge
Jackson Technology Services offers free computer diagnostics on most computers and systems. If we can’t repair your computer, we won’t charge you a bench fee.

We use GoToAssist as our remote support program.
To start a remote support session, fill out your name and enter the support key given to you by one of our techs. This will download the software needed. You’ll need to install the program by saying “yes” or “okay” to any windows that may open on your screen.
